OncoXAI provides multidisciplinary second-opinion medical reviews assisted by explainable AI. We are not a treating hospital and do not provide emergency care.
Our reports are decision-support information and do not replace consultation with your treating physician.
2. Eligibility and account
You must be at least 18 years old, or be represented by a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you upload and for keeping your account credentials confidential.
3. Scope and limits
Our review is limited to the material you provide. Missing information may affect the completeness of the report.
The service is not intended for medical emergencies. If you experience an emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.
4. Fees and refunds
Fees are displayed at the point of purchase. Consultations may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the appointment; refunds follow local consumer law.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the website (text, graphics, software) is owned by OncoXAI or its licensors. You keep ownership of your own medical data.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use the report for your own healthcare decisions.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, upload malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OncoXAI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing limits liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct or personal injury where the law prohibits such limitation.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which OncoXAI is registered (see Imprint). Consumers keep the protection of mandatory rules of their country of residence.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance.
